Fresh Bin Solutions MTL provides residential and commercial trash bin cleaning services within the Montreal area. We offer one-time, monthly, bi-monthly, and annual plans. All bookings are subject to availability.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure bins are accessible and placed curbside on the scheduled service day. Failure to provide access may result in a missed cleaning without refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to update address, bin count, and service plan if changes occur.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
Third-party Services
We may use third-party services for analytics, payment processing, or customer communication. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these providers. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only.
Limitation of Liability
Fresh Bin Solutions MTL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We are also not responsible for damage to bins caused by pre-existing structural defects.

Pricing and Modifications
Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice. Services must be paid for in advance. Recurring plan payments are automatically processed on a scheduled basis unless cancelled in advance.
