Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fresh Bin Solutions MTL’s website and services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

Fresh Bin Solutions MTL provides residential and commercial trash bin cleaning services within the Montreal area. We offer one-time, monthly, and seasonal cleaning plans. All bookings are subject to availability and route scheduling.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise stated

  • Recurring plans may be automatically charged on a scheduled basis

  • Failure to complete payment may result in service delays or cancellation

Customer Responsibilities & Service Conditions

Customers must ensure that all bins are accessible, safely positioned, and sufficiently empty on the scheduled service day.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges or service rescheduling, as outlined below:

Displacement Fee (Full or Inaccessible Bins)

If, on the scheduled service day, one or more bins are too full or inaccessible to safely perform the cleaning service, a fixed displacement fee of $50 will be applied.

  • The affected bin(s) will not be cleaned during that visit

  • The service will be rescheduled to the next available route date

  • The fee covers travel time, labor, and operational disruption

Removal of Bin Contents

If a bin is 50% full or more and requires manual emptying to complete the cleaning:

  • An additional fee of $10 per bin will be applied

  • This fee is in addition to the standard cleaning price

We reserve the right to decline service if contents are excessive, hazardous, or not reasonably removable.

Missed Service (Customer-Related)

If bins are not placed out, not accessible, or not ready for service at the scheduled time:

  • The visit may be considered missed

  • Rescheduling may occur at our discretion

  • Additional fees may apply

Service Readiness Agreement

By booking our services, the customer agrees to:

  • Ensure bins are empty and accessible

  • Accept that additional fees may apply

  • Acknowledge that services may be rescheduled if conditions are not met

Weather & Operational Delays

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions.

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services on the next available route date.

Limitations of Service

Fresh Bin Solutions MTL does not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or residue, particularly in cases of long-term buildup or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond reasonable cleaning scope.

Limitation of Liability

Fresh Bin Solutions MTL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to bins (cracks, loose lids, structural issues)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper bin placement

Damage Disclaimer

While we take care during service, the cleaning process involves pressure washing equipment.

By using our services, you acknowledge:

  • Bins may already have pre-existing weaknesses

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from those conditions

Cancellations & Refunds

For cancellations, missed cleanings, or refund eligibility, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for analytics, payment processing, or communication. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these providers.

Website Use

All content on our website is the property of Fresh Bin Solutions MTL. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Bin Solutions MTL, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims or damages resulting from misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
